No excuses! Work out!
These past 2 weeks I have been ALL OVER THE PLACE and I have noticed that working out took a back seat. It’s crazy how your body and your want to work out can change in only a couple weeks! I’m sure it’s BOTH mental and physical but geez! No excuses! I have a few big trips coming up and let’s be real, it’s kind of my job at this point.
What motivates you?
I’m finding it really hard to eat as perfect as I was before and I’m not sure why. I’m wondering if me being overwhelmed but trying to keep it together is my reason/excuse. COME ON ALISHA GET IT TOGETHER!
This blog is supposed to be all honesty right? So that’s what I’m doing. Losing weight is hard. Maintaining isn’t as hard but when you take a couple weeks off it messes you up!! So with that said I promise I will do my workout today. I will take everyday one step at a time and get back to the way I was killin it before! I have to!
And with that being said....good news! I just got a phone call from my Agency saying that I have been put on hold for the role I drove to Dallas for! Woohoo! Let’s see what happens!! Have a fantastic day and an amazing weekend guys!
